I had to manually delete some registry keys to remove some
bs programs, but I made a mistake, because some of my
programs are not working properly. I backed up the Windows
registry keys that I needed to change, but when I double
click on them to restore them, it does not allow me to
restore them. I don't know what to do at this point. Any
help would be appreciated.

I used the windows article 322756, but I think I found my
mistake. I backed up a whole hive, and it says that it
cannot be done the way I did it.
I used the section Export Registry Keys.
Is there any way to fix this?

PaulM's question is a point in the right direction. Let me map it out for
you. Go to system restore and look for a restore point before you jumped
into the registry.
