I can't refresh!!!

For the longest time - and I mean months - My Internet Explorer does not
refresh!!

I have tried downloading updates - but according the my system, I have to
most recent copy.

Does anyone have any ideas how I can fix this???

F5 doesn't do it? View>refresh doesn't do it? R-Clicking on an open web
page>refresh doesn't either? Hmmmmm.

Emptied your cache lately?
