Your host doesn't know what they are talking about
(IMHO time to look for a new HOST)
fp5Autl.dll is part of the FP2002 SE and runs from the server
If they are installed correctly by the host you should be able to run the FP Admin page using
http://www.yourdomain.com/_vti_bin/_vti_adm/fpadmdll.dll?page=webadmin.htm
Or you should be able to open your online web in FP using
File Open Web
http://www.yourdomain.com/ and log in
and then running Tools Server Administration
If you can't do either it is their Setup and Permissions that are the problem
