I can't post a message in a newsgroup because it always asks me to create an
internet account.How can I skip this?
*I am using windows mail for newsgroups only

In order to post to Newgroups through email clients such as
Windows Mail, Outlook Express, Thunderbird, Agents, etc.etc.
you must provide an email address.

And it has to be in proper syntax. But it doesn't have to be real.
