A while back i was workin on my computer, burning a CD and suddenly my CD
tray popped out, and my burn was incomplete. I had received a message on my
screen. unfortunately, I forgot what it said. But the main issue is, that
when I insert an Audio CD, I usually get a window asking; wat action would i
want it to do. You probably see this everytime you insert a Disk an it
automatically runs wit a list of programs you want it to open it with.

How do I set my burner to ask me again the action i want it to perform? coz
i havent clicked on the "take no action" option before. i cant even open the
CD-RW drive as if i was opening the folder to view it's contents.

- I have tried troubleshooting my device, and it said my burner was good.
- I have tried going to "start", right clicked on "My Computer" into
"manage" and checked my devices under computer management. Again, I have
tried troubleshooting my device, and it said it was running good.

I couldn't find any other methods on tryin to troubleshoot.
So would please anyone let me know an additional way to troubleshoot my
device? I would appreciate it! I wouldn't want to go out and purchase a new
burner, and then find out the old one worked fine. Thanxz in advance!!
