First you are in the Wrong Group, you should post to the Outlook Express
Newsgroup.

Secondly If you don't know the source of this File/Attachment don't open it,
there is an option, while you are on the OE click Tools >> Options then click
on Security Tab.
Under Virus Protection:
there are check boxes like this:
[ ] Warn me when other application try to send mail as me.
[ ] Do Not allow Attachments to be saved or opened that could Potentially
be a virus ( Uncheck this If you are sure from the source sender is safe)
and do you have Anti-Virus with E-mail scanner installed Try to scan the
file/folder to be sure all clean even from a known source.
