From what I've read, there is a slow memory leak that will cause PowerPoint
to crash after many hours of looping. Usually it takes a few days for this
leak to become critical.
Is your presentation looping 24/7?
If so, and it is a dedicated computer for this loop, then use the windows
scheduler to re-boot your computer at a slow time like 2:30 AM and place a
copy of your presentation in the start-up directory. This will refresh the
system once a day and keep it running.
If I have mis-guessed your situation, could you post what I was wrong in
assuming and we'll help with that, too. Most importantly, post your version
of PowerPoint, your system specs., and what you need to do with it.
