Hi,

I've been given two suggestions for the problem I have
with logging on, one being to "authenticate remotely and
check if MSDTC service is started". How do I do this as I
don't have a clue what it means? The second one says to
contact microsoft for the fix, being to do with "A User
Logon Request Is Rejected Without Any Messages,
http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=313322" However I don't
think this really describes my problem, which is "When I
try to log on I am immediately logged off again without
being able to perform any other actions. This is
the same for all the user accounts on my computer."

Would really appreciate any suggestions, but please make
them easy for me to follow as I'm not really literate in
all the jargon.

Are you really being logged off?...or is your computer crashing just after
after log in and then rapidly restarting and presenting you with the log on
screen again?

If the latter you could try logging in in safe mode and then turning off the
auto reboot option. This might get the machine up enough for you to read any
on screen error messages or see if there is an error message in the system
or application event logs.
