I cant load newsgroups in IE

Can someone help me...i for some reason can open the ie newsgroup in IE, but
other ones like the smartphone newsgroups can only open it in Outlook
express....I dont want it like that and under the settings menu of IE i can
only select OE as the newsgroup reader.

can some one help me plz...

Not all newsgroups have a web interface. (Thank Heavens)
Most newsgroups in the world do not have a web interface and can only
be accessed in the correct manner with a news reader like OE, Agent
etc.
IE is not a newsreader per se.

If you want another newsreader in the settings menu in IE, then you
must install another newsreader.
