i can't installed vista on my computer need help

well i have 1.6. ghz and 1 gig of ram and 32 mb video....when i run vista
advisor it say that i can run vista on my computer........when i try to
installed vista.........after it ends installed it freezes and shows lines..
i have also update the bios too i dont know what the problems could be
 
If you post more about you're hardware maybe there is someone with similar
jardware that has had to solve any installation problems.

I have 3.2ghz, 2gb of ram and 256mb video and all works fine.
