The last few days I have been unable to add an appt to my calendar. I double
click on the date and it just doesn't do anything. I'm confused about this.
It never happened before.

Version of outlook? How many items are in the calendar folder?

I am using Outlook 2003 SP1. How do I determine item number?

I cleaned out folders. When I click on Archived Calendar I get a split screen
and I can add appts to the green right side, but they don't show up on the
left. Please help.

I did a repair and that didn't help either. I re-opened Outlook and did a dbl
click on an appt for today and I got the message "Unable to display the
folder. Microsoft Office Outlook could not access the specified folder
location." Does this help to figure out what problem I'm having?

Sounds like your profile is corrupt. Create a new one (do not copy the
corrupt one) here:
Control Panel->Mail Icon->Show Profiles->New.

I am also having this problem -- and creating a new profile doesn't help. Any
additional ideas?

Did you ever solve this problem?
