I can't get into my webpage and edit because???

everytime I try to get into my AOL web page to edit it,
this thing comes up that says...

an activeX control on this page is not safe, your current
security prohibits running unsafe controls on this page,
as a result this page may not display as intended.
on top it says from: microsoft internet explorer

why does that say that? I never put a set security on my
computer, my husband and I use it, so we wouldn't do
that. please help, I need to get into my web page and
edit it!!

If you want to run the active x controls. Open IE, tools, internet
iptions, security, custom level, enable all Active X controls and plug-
ins.
