dvd player.....Message said No data cd error. I can't seem to find what I am doing wrong. I'm sure I am doing something wrong but I can't figure it out and I need to get the pictures in the mail. Can someone help me with this??? Thanks

How did you save the file to the cd?
As a vcd / svcd / or just as a data file, ie straight to
the cd.
In order to stand a chance of playing it on your dvd
player you need to convert the avi file you have to a
vdc/svcd file forms of mpeg compression. This will be
recognised by the dvd player and you should be able to
view it.
If you did this, then it may be that your dvd player
simply does not recognise vcd's, some don't I'm afraid.

If you haven't you need an encoding programme, such as
tmpgenc, or vcdeasy, both available from the net if you
do a search.

If you are unsure, list what you did and with what
programme, or list what programmes you have on the pc for
more help.
