I hope someone can help. I created some new folders this morning in Windows
Mail and now they're not there. I saw a question earlier (can't find it now)
that was quite similiar and followed the path exactly that was offered in a
response. It didn't work...When I created the folders I wanted to start at
the bottom, so I designated them to go under Junk Mail...but they're not
there, nor in Junk Mail, nor anywhere else. I'm at my wit's end with this.
They're not critical, but they are very important to me. If anyone can help
I'd really appreciate it. Thanks.

Just click on Local Folders in the folder tree and then all folders
available will be displayed.

C:\Users\*your username*\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows Mail

Will show all folders in your message store.

Can you see them now?

of you clicked on JUNK MAIL and then new folder, that is probably the problem,.
click on Local Folders and then NEW.
