I have created a power point presentation and now i want to send it through
email, but I want the people to be able to view the presentation right away,
not appear as a document they can later make changes and stuff. You have any
idea what I mean... ugh, I cant even explain what I want, but do you know how
u sometimes receive this "junk mail" with presentations with panoramic views
and meditation messages, well I want it to be like that, that they cant make
changes to it, just view it.
 
If you save your presentation as a PPS file (under "File", "Save as",
"PowerPoint Show" from the dropdown) it will open automatically. Most folks
think that protects the presentation from editing. However, you can still
save the file to your computer, open PowerPoint, then click "File", "Open"
and open a PPS file. Also, if the end user only has the free PowerPoint
Viewer, they can't edit files anyway.
