i cant download service pack 3

although i have looked at the crash section of MS, i have changed my options
so it doesnt ask for a CD to download service pack 3. i have saved those
changes, but it still asks me for the CD! how can i download service pack 3
without having a CD as MS was preinstalled. Also it always asks for a front
page CD which i dont even have on my computer. HELP!!!
 
You may wish to post to the experts in the Office Update newsgroup where
this issue comes up quite often.
