Exactly what happens when you try?

Hi, Rob.
Try using the right mouse click over the hyperlink to the
file and choose "Save target as..". This will let you
save it to your HD. Then you can do whatever you need to
with it at that point.

i HAVE THE SAME PROBLEM. I uninstalled XP, but the problem
is still there in Me, even though I never had this problem
before.
