I can't connect to the internet

I have a computer that I am able to connect to our
network, but am unable to connect to the internet. The
operating system is XP Professional. I tried the Internet
connection wizard and it isn't working. Normally I can
automatically connect to the internet if I am connected to
our network. Any ideas??? Thanks!!!
