I can't change the time interval in my calendar.

I've tried changing my intervals to 15 min under "other settings" in MS
Outlook, but my calendar still shows 30 min time intervals. Any advice?
 
30 minute time intervals for what??

For appointments - for example, if i have a 9:15 appointment. Mine currently
show up as 9 am or 9:30 only.
