I changed the duration under "options", but all of my clips stayed the same
length. Any ideas?
Thanks

=============================
Duration must be changed *before*
adding the clips to the timeline.

Or...do it one at a time by placing your
pointer on the edge of a clip until the
Red Double Arrow appears...then Drag
it...you will see a tooltip that displays the
change.

What you could try is to use the...Speed
Up Double...or...Slow Down Half...effects.

You can add Transitions or Effects to
all clips with the following steps:

Add your files to the Timeline/Storyboard...

Go to...Storyboard View...

Select at least one frame and go to...
Edit / Select All...

Go to...Video Transitions...or...Video Effects

Right click your choice... and choose...
"Add To Storyboard"
