The problem is I can't get to my pages like hotmail or my
msn. Or anyplace I want to order things. It tells me my
brower settings need to be changed by going to internet
options and clicking on secruity. I've done it and it
still doesn't work. I have tired everything for about 2
months now. I'm at my wits end!! Please help. I also
changed my secruity level to very low. That didn't help
either.
Thanks for any help.

Start by clearing the IE cache and see if that resolves it. Open Internet
Explorer, go to Tools, select Internet Options, on the General tab click
Delete Cookies, Delete Files and accept the option to delete all offline
content and Clear History.

In addition to the above, if you are blocking cookies try accepting them.
In IE< go to Tools, select Internet Options, go to the Privacy tab, click
advanced and set cookies to accept and see if you can get in. Note, some
firewalls have their own cookie blocking features and might override those
settings so if you have a firewall, you might want to disable it when trying
to access these sites.

For advice specific to problems with secure sites, have a look at the first
link - for general advice, have a look at the second:

First reset security and privacy back to default levels
(medium),in internet options if msn is home, type it in,
in user settings set hotmail for e-mail edit the rest.
When visiting msn do you recieve a red-eye in the task
bar, double click it,set to recieve cookies etc.from msn,
if now set to reject youll have those problems. For hot-
mail try useing windows messenger, youll need the xp add-
on from microsoft,also get a passport,www.passport.net
its from microsoft.
