i canot open excel or word file by cliking directly on the file

You're asking in the wrong place. This newsgroup is for support for people
writing VBA code (macros) in Microsoft Access - not for general computer
questions.

I'd suggest scrolling down the list of subject areas on Microsoft's rather
confusing webpage and reposting in a newsgroup for Excel or for your version
of Windows. Specify the version when you do, it'll help.
