I cannot uninstall the downloads I do not want

I keep getting a message when I try to remove a program
that says wise uninstall not found what is happening?
 
Wise Uninstall is a wizard used by a large number of software manufacturers
to safely uninstall their applications or files. What are you trying to
remove? Can you find the programs you want to remove in Add/Remove
Programs?
