I cannot sync sound with video

I need to cut a tiny bit of video out of my movie to sync
the sound back up with people's mouths. The problem is
that I can only cut out the video in .07 second
incraments and that is too much. Is there any way to pick
exactly how much video to cut out?

Alex,

0.07 seconds is one frame in the 15 fps working environment of MM2. To be
more precise than that, you need to use an audio editing application or MM1,
which has a 30 fps working environment.
