I cannot send emails out, I can only receive. HELP!

I recently transferred my telephone service to a VOIP, and ever since, cannot
send emails, although I can receive. Trying to go through Help provided no
results. Does anyone know how to fix this? I also switched my existing
internet provider with a new one. What do I need to update?
 
Do you get any error message(s) when you try to send? If so, would you post
them please? In general, failure to send when you've switched ISPs usually
indicates either a server name or authentication problem
