I cannot send emails from windows photos

When I try to send emails from the windows photo I do not have the Pop3
addresses for incoming and outgoing mail. Where can I get those to enter them?
 
From your mail server. You need to set up WinMail as your e-mail client.
What is after the @ sign in your address?

What is the part beyond the @ only.
Who is your ISP?
 
It sounds like you normally don't use a desktop email program.
How do you normally send and receive email?
If you have an existing email address, what is the part after the @ symbol?
