i cannot send email

everytime i try to send an email i get this error

Your server has unexpectedly terminated the connection. Possible causes for
this include server problems, network problems, or a long period of
inactivity. Subject 'test', Account: 'pop.correo.yahoo.es', Server:
'smtp.correo.yahoo.es', Protocol: SMTP, Port: 465, Secure(SSL): Yes, Error
Number: 0x800CCC0F

i have tried everything, uninstalling antiviruses, disable the firewall,
shutting down the antivirus, i dont know what else to do, can somebody help
me??
 
"Unexpectedly terminated" is usually caused by interference from an
antivirus program. Which antivirus are you running?
As a minimum, email scanning in the antivirus should be turned off,
although that may not be sufficient to eliminate all bad effects.
In a worst case scenario, your antivirus may need to be uninstalled.

Email scanning in any antivirus should be disabled, for reasons
explained here:

If no improvement after disabling email scanning, consider upgrading
to Windows Live Mail, because it is less prone to suffering bad effects
from overly intrusive antivirus programs:

thanx for your help gary... my pc came with an antivirus installed for free
for a year, it's called webroot antivirus and antispyware. but instead i was
using norton... i read some of your answers to other people with my same
problem so i uninstalled norton an disabled the email attachment shield and
turned off windows firewall. erased the email account and created a new one.
after that when i tried to send an email it gives me the same error but if i
wait a while the email gets send... what else can i do??

Is the one-year Webroot free trial still valid? Did you purchase the Norton
application and is that subscription still valid?
 
i dont remember if i had to pay something for the webroot, but if i did it
was pretty cheap. the norton came installed on the oc already. i think it was
a 30 or 60 days subscription.

NEVER hi-jack other's post, because you might think you have the SANE
problem, but...
at least 1/2 the time, it is NOT the same. You might not even have the
internet service provider. Different providers have different settings.
Start a thread for your own. Copy and post the error message, verbatim.
Then, may be we can help.
If you are lazy to explain in your own words, we are even more lazy to help.

at least 1/2 the time, it is NOT the same. You might not even have the same
internet service provider. Different providers have different settings.
