Try booting to Safe Mode and then run a Full system scan from within

In your situation, choose Safe Mode, the first choice.
If the system will not boot to normal Windows mode after running Windows
Defender, try to download the Sysclean Package from TrendMicro by
booting to Safe Mode with Networking using the same steps as above but
choose Safe Mode with Networking instead of Safe Mode.
Then download the Sysclean Package from the link on this page :
http://www.trendmicro.com/ftp/products/tsc/sysclean.com
Create a folder on the root drive, usually C:\ , and name it Sysclean.
Then download the latest pattern file from here :
http://www.trendmicro.com/ftp/products/pattern/cpr/lpt306.zip
Unzip lpt306.zip to the newly created Sysclean folder.
Then open the folder and double click sysclean.com to start it.
Hopefully, it will clean enough of the malware so that you can run the
installed antivirus program and Windows Defender will then be able to
clean the spy|adware.
