I cannot read my faxes!

I rely on the fax-HELP! when I click on a fax that I have received, a window
pops up and says "The operation cannot be completed" it has 2 options: "ok"
or "details" If i click details, it says
" Application not found (2147221003,2200001366)

I don't know what happened! I also have no idea how to "reload this windows
component (if I have to)
