7.07 upgrade can be flaky
- I had it fail on 1 of 3 pcs (locked up pc whenever PDF opened)
- needed to restart the PC several time and finally download reinstall it a 2nd time

| Uninstalling and reinstalling the full version, not from an update, normally
| clears up the proboem.
