I cannot get Access to report the latest file version

I have just updated my Access database with about 50 new entries. I have
saved the latest version to both my main hard drive and to a USB dongle to
use on my laptop.
However, I cannot get the report, which worked (almost) perfectly last time,
to 'read' the latest version. What have I omitted to do?
 
what a Report will display depends on its record source....

its record source may be the whole table or a query .... if it is a query
- the query may not be resulting in a record set that includes your new
records. For instance if the query is for items with a date in February 09
and your new records all have dates in April 09 - then they are not included
in the query's record set....thus will not be seen in the report.

it is doubtful that there is any relation to the hardware disk/dongle....

access database on the main hard dis and USB, but now, the report is
unavailable for you in the lastest version of the access database. If I

in order to resolve the issue, i would like to explain my understanding on
the issue.
1 what a Report will display depends on its record source. the record
source could be a query or a whole table. So please verify if the data
soucrces is changed. For exaplem, is the backup of the latest of the access
database is on the same machine of original access database?

2 according to your description, I know that you have done an update to the
accessdatabase. So pleae check if the report is available in the original
accessdatabase?
