I cannot close my window

Everytime I hit the close button, it does not close. It
makes a "ding" sound and does nothing. I have to enter my
task manager and close my programs through there and when
i do that I choose to close one program and it closes all
of them. Is someone familiar with this situation. Thank
you.

Hi Gissel. I am having the same problem here! I have been

threw everything you have done, but nothing seems to help.
I called the emachines help line and they were no help
either!The pc also seems to run kind of slow and hangs up
often. I think I may take mine back if I cant find help
for this problem soon. If anyone is reading this and has
some advice, HELP lol Thank you jim
