I cannot access my load up page

Need Help

After I sign in it loads my background but nothing else no start up not
even the clock just the background, Ican still access task manager,
please help.

Hello!

Are explorer task listed in the process list?
1. If no, you can try to start it by run explorer.exe from the task
manager.
If explorer will start correctly than you should run regedit and update
shell key (which program to launch on start of the logon session).

2. If explorer fails to start, or it already can be see in the process
list, you should uninstall buggy software which hooks explorer, or run
antivirus, antispyware utilities.
