i have an upgraded yahoo account. mail was working fine, now i keep getting
this error message.

Account: 'yahoo', Server: 'pop.mail.yahoo.com', Protocol: POP3, Server
Response: '-ERR popgate inactivity timeout', Port: 110, Secure(SSL): No,
Server Error: 0x800CCC90, Error Number: 0x800CCC90

anyone?
 
Are you a Yahoo Plus subscriber?

Disable email scanning by your anti-virus application. It provides no
additional protection, it may be causing the problem, and even Symantec says
it's not necessary:
