Ask in the body of the message, not the subject, and include your Outlook
version, account type(s), what exactly you're clicking, and the exact text
of any error messags you receive.

Sorry, this is my first posting....

I have Outlook 2003. The error occurs when I receive an email from anyone
and want to reply directly to them from their email. With their email open,
I click on REPLY, type my reply then hit SEND. Immediately I get the message
back - From: System Administrator with Subject: Undeliverable. The body of
the message says the following recipient could not be reached..... However,
I can click on NEW, type a message to the same email address and it goes
through fine.

Click Tools>E-mail Accounts>Next. How many accounts are listed and what are
the
type(s)?

There are three accounts, all are POP/SMTP. I only have one email account.
Should I delete the other two?

That's what I'd do. Make sure you delete the correct ones.
