I can see my hard drive i just cant use it

I just instead a second hard drive, and I can see it in my
device manager, but I cant seem to find it anywhere else
or get it to work...

Go to the storage section of Computer Management. Find the drive and
partition and format it to give it a drive letter or 2 or 3, depending
on how you partition it...
