I can recieve mail in Outlook, but can't send anything, Any Ideas?

I have just set Outlook up to work with my email.
All of the settings for outgoing and incoming mail are set to the same thing.

Any Ideas on how to set up my outgoing mail so it will get sent?
 
Check with your ISP, they may use a different server for sending email.

You could also try microsoft.public.outlook, as BCM does not control
email configuration.
