I can not record cds anymore!

I use Recordnow software which was on my computer when i bought it. For
about a year or so it worked great. I also have Music Match where I tried to
record. These programs do not work any longer. When i start them, I get to
the point where it asks me to put in a cd. After doing so, the door closes
then opens up again and says to put in a cd. Im so frustrated with these
programs. Anyone know what I need to do to get them to work again. Any help
would be great. Thanks!!
 
I some how disabled the cd/rom D drive to see if my other dvd/cdrom drive
would work and now when i double click on my computer the d drive is gone,
please let me know what i did wrong so i can fix it, Thanks!
 
I had the same problem with my cd rom drive and received a fix from the HP
instant support people. The drive works fine now - allows me to play cds and
games, but I cannot burn cds now... I'm having about the same problems and am
using the same program - record now.

Sorry, I don't know anything about Record Now, but Sonic offers support
at the above web site.
