I can NOT open a specific webpage

I am trying to open Time Warner Help page. help.rr.com I can get that page
open but when I fill out what that pages wants - it will not go to the next
page. SO I spent an hour on the phone with Time Warner. After changing
things in internet options and so on they gave me Microsoft telephone number
and they gave me this website. Can someone tell me what I need to change so
I can get into this page.

The gent from Time Warner could get into the website.

The page didn't recognize me (since I don't use that service) and asked
for my ISP, State and City. Is that where you are stopped? If so, that
page uses jscript, and possibly cookies to remember you.

You might try these first though.

Repair 5.6 Scripting Engine install:

Click, Start, Run, type

Regsvr32 vbscript.dll

Click OK

Click Start, Run, type

Regsvr32 jscript.dll

Click OK

Also allow cookies from this site. Look at Internet Properties, Privacy
tab, Sites button, and Allow that site. When you're working with the
site, look at the status bar below the page and see if there are any
cookie alerts. (I'm not certain they're shown there.)
