I can not get Outlook 2007 to run it freezes at start up

I had Outlook 2003 with no problems after installing the new version 2007 I
can not get Outlook 2007 to run I have deleted 2003 as it was indicating I
could only have one version
HELP,

Start with a new mail profile.
 
Hi Brian I am a complete novice could you indicate how I would start with a
