I can not find the "send to one note" in Outlook 2010

I am using the Office beta. I can not find the "Send to Onenote" in the
Outlook 2010.

Are you sure you have OneNote installed? If I right click a message in
Outlook, there's a command called "OneNote", it's the fourth from the
bottom.
