I CAN NOT CREATE A MESSAGE TEMPLATE IN OUTLOOK 2000?

IN ASSISTANCE, OFFICE 2000, OUTLOOK 2000, EMAIL. UNDER CREATE A MESSAGE
TEMPLATE IN OULOOK IT SAYS TO CREATE A NEW EMAIL THEN ON THE TOOLS MENU,
POINT TO FORMS, AND THEN CLICK PUBLISH FORM AS.

MY TOOLS DOES NOT HAVE FORMS.

view, toolbars, customize, options tab, check always show full menus

tools, options, mail format- is the option to use word to edit email
checked?

PS - please don't use all caps, it's difficult to read.

Yes I am using word as my editor and expandable menus are on.

try actions, new message using, outlook... create the template and save as
either a template or publish it. Word only allows you to save as word
templates or documents.

That works great. Thank you for all your help. One more question. Can you go
in and edit it once you have saved it out or is it easier to just save over
it?
