I can not connect to my server. Keep getting errors

I have been trying to connect to the website with FP but can't open the site.
Says "that the folder isn't accessiblle, there are problem with the
network." I thype the username and password in and just keeps coming back
up. I have tried all of my passwords, and even had hosting company' tech's
look into it, but can't get anywhere.
I have downloaded it to my computer, but prefer to work right on the site
directly.
Any help would be appreciated
