I can no longer add to my contacts. When I fill out the info and click Save
and Close, it reads : Not Implemented. It used to work. I have Outlook
2002. Thanks, I know someone out there will be able to help me.

"No longer?" Tell us the rest of the story. You know, the part just before
"no longer."

There is no rest of the story, Russ. At least, not that I'm aware of.
Peculiarly, it will save edits, but cannot save any new contacts. I do not
add contacts often, so if I did something, it may have been a while back. In
any event, I an unable to recall it. Thanks for trying to help me.

That sounds very much like a message that would come from an Outlook addin.
Suggest you check which ones are installed and proceed accordingly. Failing
that, do a "detect and repair" from within Outlook. Typically when something
goes from a "working state" to a "non-working state" such as this -
something was done(i.e. installed or uninstalled) "in between" the two
states.

State how you are adding Contacts. State the precise error message. See if
you see anything in Event Viewer. Try starting Outlook in safe mode and see
if you can add Contacts.

I am also having the same problem. Have you solved the problem yet? How did
you get it to work again?

Try clearing the forms cache:

Tools->options->other->advanced->custom forms.
