IF there were crossplatform Rules, then those rules would be rules to be
broken. I do not see people following rules, unless they are on the
Micro level. In other words, neighborhoods can survive easier than
nation states. THe idea of controlling nation states is almost over.
That idea goes back to slavery, really. And I am ... not just waiting...

for change...
 
I think his medication has worn off. If he speaks to the nurse, maybe she
will give a new dose.
