I just recently recieved an anti-virus program, and its
telling me about these files that are in the
C:\Windows\TEMP forlder that are a high risk to my
computer. For some reason or another, I cannot delete
them.

I've tried but it simply won't let me delete them. I've
checked to see if their being used, or if their open but
they aren't. I even checked the task manager and the
processes. I can't delete these files at all, I even
opened an MS DOS prompt but that failed to work as well.

I've got to be able to delete these files because
according to some other companies help, I canot run any
of their programs with these files still around.

you should have an option within the antivirus program to delete the files
if they cannot be cleaned.
check also to make sure you have permission and full control for the files.

try running disk cleanup it should delete temp files

Use a program called SpyBot. It is a spyware program, but
also has an application on it called "Shredder" it should
be able to delete any files you are having trouble with.
I've used it many times to delete the undeletable.
