i bought a used laptop

i bought a used laptop and i can not boot it now i don't know what happend
now all it does iscome up with this blue screen and says power on password
and i don't even know the password to open the computer it
worked at first but know it is locked i need to open it i need to do
something i don't care if it is a full factory restore of my laptop i know i
will lose all the files on it but who cares i need help can you help me

The "power on" password is a BIOS-level password and has nothing to do
with the operating system. You will need to contact the seller to find
out the BIOS password. If that is impossible, you can Google something
like "brand-of-laptop BIOS password removal".

Whether you can remove the password yourself depends on the brand of the
laptop. You may need to contact the laptop mftr.'s tech support for
help. I'm sure you'll need proof of purchase.
