I am unable to drag controls on to the canvas

Hi ,

I have a peculiar probelm. I am trying to drag
controls onto the canvas but I am unable to do so .
Whatever control I double click it appears at the top left
and doesnt move from there. Please help me.

FlowLayout instead of GridLayout?
