I am trying to use a template in mail merger and it is not workin

In Word I went to click to my computerlink and then went to the templates
dialog box and click the Mail Merge tab and then click Elegant Merge Letter
there was no response. It inform me to install and then click ok put an error
showed up!
Can you help please?
 
You need to do a full install of Word. First find your CDs. Then under the
Start menu find the control panel to Add/remove programs. Find Word and have
it update.

However, I don't think I would ever do a merge the way you are doing it. I
would start with an already existing document that I want to change into a
