user I want to copy over has the copy to button deintensified. What am I
doing wrong. The user I want to copy to, if I highlight that one the copy to
function is available.

You cannot be logged on with the account you're trying to copy.
Log off and log back on with another account that is a Computer
Administrator. You can use the built-in Administrator account
for this. Keep in mind that if you're running Windows XP Home
Edition you'll have to boot into Safe Mode in order to log on
as the Administrator.

Thanks guys, after a reboot and login as admin the copy to button work great.
